Happy New Year -Why do we celebrate New Year

It is believed that when our earth complete one revolution of sun which is head of our solar system then and one year is completed. Or in other words our earth takes one year which is  equivalent to 365 days  and six hours of our earth ЁЯМН. . Our year starts from 1st January and end on 31st December. Mean while because it's base on the rotation of our earth it could be started from any where. But we starts it from January  because there is everything new.  we see  in our environment there are many beautiful creative things like new leaves on plants,  greenery everywhere, moderate temperature, happy pleasant atmosphere, new crop ЁЯМ╛ in various part of continents. So this is the prime reason to start our new year from January.

The Calendar
This new year  is based on the gregarious calendar. there are many other calendar like muslim calendar, hindu calendar, calender which is based on shuk samwat is Hindu Calender. There are calendar based on sun and other calendar best on moon ЁЯМЪ.  Calendar which is based on earth rotation around the sun is called the solar calendar. On the other hand calendar best on the moons rotation round the earth's called the lunar calendar.

Mayan Calender
This is considered as oldest calendar. It was established around 5th century bc.

Chinese Calender
This calendar have 12years of cycle each related to specific animal with 12 months in each year and an intercalary month every two to three   years. It's new year falls in February.  It will be 4717th year of the chinese calendar.

Egyptian
It is based on moon cycle letter they adopted solar calendar of 365 days

Hijrah Islamic calender
It is based on mood rotation with 12 months each month with 29 or 30 days. It is counted from the hijra when Prophet mohammed emigrated from Mecca madina which is from July 16, 622  AD.

Persian or Iranian calendar
This is the most accurate calendar today because it is based on astronomical calculation. New year starts in spring equinox switch will be in March.

Hebrew calendar
2020 would be 5780 Jewish Year. This is the solilunar calendar.

Indian or Hindu Calender
It starts with baisakhi, harvest season falling in April mostly. It is based on lunar rotation. There are 12 lunar month and in every month there are 29 to 30 days. Indian calendar is called shak samwat which will be 1942 year in this new year. There is also Vikram samwat which will be 2077 in 2020.

Gregorian Calendar
It is solar calendar which is based on rotation of earth around the sun. It was introduced by Pope Gregory xiii in 1582 February. No it is most widely used calendar in the world.

So understanding the calendar we could easily understand week celebration of new year is done because of the rotation revolution of Earth around the sun. And this rotation gets repeated every year hence we celebrate happy new year every year.

What is CAB and CAA and NRC, why there is protest against it throughout the nation.

CAB stand for Citizenship Amendment Bill
CAA stand for Citizenship Amendment Act
NRC stand for National Register for Citizen

The citizenship Amendment Bill was firstly  introduced in Parliament in the year of 2016 .later it was sent to  parliamentary committee for consideration , again in 2019 it was produced before the the Lok Sabha and it was passed in Loksabha on 9th December 2019 and in Rajya Sabha it was passed on 11th December 2019 when the former Ally of of BJP, Shivsena walked out of  the house. And that bill signed by the president on 12th of  the December 2019, since then this bill became act and  there is no more CAB now it is CAA.

What is in CAA-
this is the act which provide amendment in the mother act Citizenship Act 1955 as per the amendment now the the minorities including Hindu, sikh, christian ,jain and parsi who came in india before 31st October 2014 from pakistan ,bangladesh and afghanistan they all become citizen of the india. This act has yet to come in force .from the date published on the Gazette on India.

Hindustan which is and always has been natural and geographical place for living for Hindus. All the Hindu culture from thousands of the Year developed in this subcontinent ,so show automatically  it become the natural home of every Hindu of the world. If any Hindu from any part of the world deserted or thrown out of any country he have no any other shelter  but India only ,as being a Hindu. Because of any person who is Hindu he don't have any option to live  in the world due to any  religious persecution .not any other country would allow  him to be citizen exept India. so making such religious persecuted indian citizen of India  would be a reasonable classification as it had done earlier in the case of Congo and Sri Lanka. From these country  thousands of the Hindus were given citizenship in the past.

On the other hand Muslim in Afghanistan Bangladesh and Pakistan are majority so  there would not be any kind of the religious persecution with all these major communities.

At present there are some detention centres in Assam ,Goa ,Karnataka and Maharashtra. there are thousands of the Hindus and minorities living in with out any citizenship, Without any fundamental right. They are living life  like an animal. it is our responsibility to protect  them and to give them respectful life becouse india also bound to different international laws to do so .

What is an NRC -
National Register for Citizen. ,Creation of this was mandated by the citizenship Amendment Act 2003. During the UPA governments' time this concept came along with aadhar  and it was introduced mainly for the states who share border with any other country, basically with bangladesh. First of all it was introduced in Assam in 2013-14. Illegal migration always has been an issue  in Assam. And from 2013 the NRC was monitored by Supreme Court. It has been demand of the assamese people to send back all the illegal migrants who came in india from bangladesh during 1971 war. To identify these people in assam who are not citizens of india, hence NRC introduced in Assam.

Section 14a of the the citizenship act 1955
Central government may compulsory register every citizen of India and issue him National identity card for his identification
Set a governance to maintain National register for Indian citizen
Registrar general of India shell act as national registration authority and function as registar General of citizen registration

Sec 4 as per the Section 4 of citizenship act Centre Government shell cary house to house enumeration for collection of specified particulars related to each family and individual for citizenship status.
And  whose citizenship is Doubtful shall be entered in local register with appropriate remark
All the process of  NRC is given in the rules of 2003.

It is clear that nrc is only for to identify illegal migrants or illegal foreign people who are not authorized to live in India but they are residing over here and using our common resource. It is true that it will  only identify the people who are not Indians. it is not related to any religion nor any people of any particular place.

Now in 2018  NRC has been completed in assam and there are near about 19 lakh people who could not proof their citizenship out of which 14 lacs are Hindus or non muslim minorities. Now as per the citizenship amendment act CAA the  all these minorities people will become citizen  of india excluding the remaining 5 lacks muslim.

Resonance to protest -
Protest from assamese people-
the people of assam don't want these 1500000 people to be the citizen because they believe there are limited resources and on which they have rights from generation and they will not share this resources with these out coming people ,that's why there is protest. Some are protesting because the citizenship is not given to muslims hence it is against the secular structure of the constitution.

There is not any nationwide NRC. because  lack of the knowledge many people are saying that by the NRC  and CAA  muslim who are the citizen a of the nation will be declared non citizen. Which is totally fake.

The fact is that the CAA only talk about  giving citizenship to the people who have suffered religious persecution in Pakistan, Bangladesh and afganistan. it don't talk about the taking away citizenship  of any person of the nation, so there is no reason to doubt on this CAA and NRC law .

India is home of the diversity culture diversity the natural diversity ,diversity of religion ,diversity of sect,  and this diversity is protected by the constitution of india. Which is supreme legislature of the nation. Secularism is the primary  characteristics and of our constitution. and which guaranteed by the our judiciary. Judiciary is capable enough to protect the fundamental ,basic principle of the constitution and to protect the fundamental right of the every citizen of the nation. With our judiciary the secularism is always protected. So nobody have to worry about that someone is trying to make india  a hindu nation. It will be always a secular nation.

We are living here on the land of Hindustan from thousands of the Year together,  we have history of struggle of independence, which we have done together, there could be only one enemy which is terrorism, poverty, unemployment, corruption, high population. We have to show our collective strength against  all these common  enemies.

Police Our Friend

police is the integral part of our society. It play a very important role to maintain law and order, peace and always try to gives us a crime less society. For above Moto police do work day and night, 24/7. they don't get any rest. Though there is very negative perspective about all the police personals in the society. They are always blamed for social injustice, criminal injustice, blamed for violation of human right, blamed for not doing their duty properly.
but today there is an example what police really do . what a police personnel is committed for.

Meet Sub Inspector Praveen Thakre the Anand Nagar police chauki incharge. He has been very creative since he Join police force. he always had been motive to serve our society. Temperature is less than 10 degree Celsius. there are marginalized people who are living on the edge. They don't have good livelihood even they don't have sufficient means to take care of their child. Understanding need of child, of these people,  Sub Inspector managed together some people and went To nearest slum where he had knowledge session with most of the children of the slum about current issue related to sexual violence and sexual offences against children. He made understand children about good touch and bad touch. He guided children what to do when any of you had an experience of bad touch. Asking children, the reply  in such Condition they immediately have to object on the action and then  inform their parents and police as well.
Later having this knowledge session the sub inspector and his team distributed warm clothes to all the children's. And motivated them to plant at least two trees also  keep our environment clean and green which is good for our self and our society.
я┐╝oath ceremony was observed to abide by law and protect our nation and for upliftment of our society

This was a extra effort of police personnel. No doubt this effort will bring very positive change in the mind of our people of society who see police as a Predator. Now they will understand they are your real and  true care taker.

CAB - A Bill of Fire ЁЯФе citizenship Amendment Bill 2019

babies awesome

The citizenship amendment act 2019 this is the act  which is providing amendment in the citizenship at 1955.  this citizenship amendment act is  giving citizenship to migrants from afghanistan,  pakistan and bangladesh on ground of religious persecution. It's roughly estimated that 1 crore illegal migrants people will get citizenship.
This at providing indian citizen ship to hindu, sikh, buddhist, jain, parsi and christian who came in india on or  before 31st December 2014.

The bill for this act was presented in lok sabha by home min mr amit shah on 10th December 2019 and which was passed by huge margin.  later on 11th December it presented in rajya sabha and which was again passed by the rajya sabha. On 12th December 2019 president had given his assent by signing on it.

Assam,  bengal, delhi and many more  parts of the india are burning, what is reason behind it? let's look one by one!
  1. This act against the secular structure of the constitution because it is not giving citizenship to the muslim migraines but only some limited religious persons.
  2. There are two kinds of the posters one who are liberal who don't support any religion but they are against the sharing there resources to these new citizens of the nation, this is the basic reason behind the agitation in assam. Second who art pro testing on the religious don't they are demanding to give distance up to muslim migrants as well.
  3. In delhi the protest is being done in the support off constitutional right of equality. it means why citizenship is given on the basis of the relation, why the citizenship  is not given to the muslim migrants.
  4. Some muslim people protesting in the support of the Muslim migraines who has not given citizenship. They are demanding it on the moral ground only.
  5. Some people have fear that is NRC will  implemented all the nation then there will be thousands of the muslim living in india out of the NRC list and this is how their citizenship will be taken away or they will also be not given citizenship  of India.

In assam muslims are not protesting, but all the citizen of the assam state  against this act. they don't have to take any thing from these new citizens nor they have any concerns with any religion. They only just don't want to share there resources with the these religious migrants, who will get citizenship with this act.in recent NRC data collected by the  government which shows there were total 19 lakh NON indian In assam out of which 14 lakh are non muslims. and same like asaam there are many other regions where millions on non muslim illegal migrants are there . by this act they all will get citizenship on the india .

Now the point, why to give citizen ship to these people ?

they are living here from last 30-40 years , but as they are not citizens  they are not getting any benefits ,as constitution says that  citizen only will get rights  provided by the  welfare schemes of nation  .so ensuring their natural human rights they need  a citizenship, and  india  having faith on WASHUDHAIV KUTUMBAKAM (all world is family) it become moral responsibility of india to provide human right to them.

Short Story

advertisement

Scene 1: "Baaabuuuuu" called Mr. Minister, sitting in a rocking chair placed on a lavishly designed marble varandah of his house, taking a sip of his special masala tea, he is looking out for today's newspaper.

"Baaabuuuuu, is he still sleeping or what?" Yelled again.

"Let him sleep, he came late" said the wife.

"I am telling you, get some grip on your son or we will loose him someday" declared Mr. Minister, who like any other father is frustrated and worried about his spoiled son. Mr. Minister is really loved by the crowd of the state, a well corrupted, don of the state, cunning enough to design anything in his favour.

"He is just a kid, what do you expect him to do, have you forgot your young days" a motherly defending statement of a mother for her only son, who is her "Sun".

"At his age, I was the most trusted person of the party, I built it brick by brick, now call him" said Mr. Minister to his wife who is skimming the newspaper, he read the headlines of the state newspapers, which said "A charred Body of a woman found under bridge".

Scene 2: " Papaji, you called?" Said the son softly, to which the father got a bit suspicious. Why is he speaking like a gentleman? After all he is spoiled to the bone.

" Where were you last night? Why didn't you come to the office?Need I remind you everytime that you have come of age, it's high time you should spend more time with us at the office" said Mr. Minister demanding an explanation from his son who is somehow behaving weird.

"What happened, is everything alright?" Father grew more suspicious.

" What is with you" asked father.  Suddenly Babu started crying, mother came running to pacify his "Sun",
"Oh my lord, look what you have done" said the mother to his husband. " No my son, you know I can't see tears in your eyes, stop crying" mother tries to pacify.

"What  happened?" Asked father.

" Papaji, yesterday, I and my friends... It wasn't my fault...my friends made me do... God, we are screwed " sobbed the son. "

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" Father demanded to know.

" Papaji, my friends and I ,we were drunk, it was the intoxication not our intention" explained the son.

" Oh just cut the crap and come straight" said father.

" Papaji, my friends and I were intoxicated and we saw a girl parking her scooter...we got carried away and we just tried to have some fun with her...but that stupid Suresh... he...he grabbed her mouth so tightly...she died of asphyxiation may be".

It was an earthquake. Suddenly the marbles of the lavish varandah were trembling under the feet of every person standing over there.

A tight slap by father landed on the face of son. Mother came hurriedly to escape her "Sun" screaming " No, he is just a kid".

" Oh really, look your kid was playing with other children and they killed a girl" shouted Papaji.

" What have you done to the body?" Asked father. " We...it was Suresh's brothers idea... he said to set the body on fire and we decided to do so, we bought kerosene and set her on fire" said Babu.

Now Mr. Minister could relate the headlines of the newspaper. He threw the paper on his Son's face and shouted "look, happy?".

Scene 3: "Your son has got not only himself but the entire family in a terrible situation, my career, my power, my hard work, and the most important thing,my name is at a serious stake" explained the father to his wife.

"But, I am not going to end it like this" thought Mr. Minister with a shrewd expression on his face. He was fabricating something in his mind, something very deep yet cruel.

Immediately he called the chief of the police to meet him at the office, after all it is time to give this news a different shape.

Meanwhile the news spread like fire and it was burning every soul of the country. People were on the street, protesting against the heinous crime. In the office, Chief of the police was taking a sip from  the glass of alcohol, which the minister offered, trying to comprehend the scenario.

" Look officer, I just don't want my name in the matter" said Mr. Minister.

"What do you suggest then?"  asked the officer.

" Oh common, you are brilliant to cover this up" said Minister.

"But Sir, Nation wants to know now, it's completely out of my hand" said the officer.

" I am the game player, I have always turned the wheels in my favour...this will be just a blessing in disguise for me" said the minister confidently.

" But how can you stop the trials and the procedures?" Asked officer.

"No trials" shouted the minister, " This should not go into the ambit of law" demanded the minister.

" Find four men, men of your choice, you must know so many, stage this crime, ask those men to accept the crime, torture them if need be, pay money to their families or do whatever, I don't care" explained the minister.

"But Sir, what if anyone of them speaks the truth afterwards, how could they prevaricate the Narcotics test which would definitely be conducted in the case?" Asked the officer.

Minister was now thinking hard, he definitely didn't want any trials of this case. He was thinking of giving it a political touch as well in the parliament. But how to escape the trials and courts? Suddenly he got an idea, he said "Wait for another 10 to 15 days and by the time people will start asking questions to the police, kill the men, and tell the media that it was an encounter" proudly explained the minister.

" Within a week or so people themselves will demand many things, you encounter those four men, after all, they are just filth on earth, what good are they going to bring?" Said the minister, very proud on his fabrication.

"You will be famous, promotions may be, what say" said minister.

Scene 4: " Accused Rapists Shot dead in police encounter" was the headline of the newspaper. " Bravo, state police, justice has been done". Meanwhile the minister has sent his son to America. He will return someday....

Hyderabad Rape,, Judgement done

Yesterday news came in that all the four accused of the nation thrilling  rape incident of Hyderabad  were shot Dead By police, 50 kilometre away from the Hyderabad.

The police version of story says that they were trying to escape and using fire arms to get escaped, in that exchange of Fire all four were dead.

I don't think that I need to explain the truth behind the real story as we all know the truth. There was so much angerness for those all the accused who have done  human act. They must have been punished with very harsh punishment event by death penalty but to reach the judgement there is is a process which needs to be followed by the agencies by the government.

By killing those people government has found a very short way to do the judgement.

Is this what our constitution says?

In fact there is no way for the such kind of the act. We are a great Nation we have a great constitution and this constitution gives right to everyone. it doesn't matter how heinous crime he has done. the judgement should have done as per the procedure established by the law. And I say , by these killings there  is killing of the constitution, there is killing of the right of the people of the nation, there is  killing of all judicial process, there is killing of humanity too.

Day by day  our authorities are ignoring the process stabilised by the law. the time will come,  if there any crime is done people will start doing justice they will take law In their hand And time will come there will be no value of the law of the land.

The person who were involved in the fake encounter they must be punished this is the demand of the constitution.

Bhopal Cried today, the Gas tragedy

 Gas tragedy Bhopal

it was Night of the 2nd and 3rd December of 1984.The Bhopal disaster, also referred to as the Bhopal gas tragedy, was a gas leak incident on the night of 2тАУ3 December 1984 at the Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) pesticide plant in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is considered to be the world's worst industrial disaster.Over 500,000 people were exposed to methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas. The highly toxic substance made its way into and around the small towns located near the plant.

That incident as per the government data show me various places state that near about 4000 people were died but unofficially and from a different activist and officials it is estimated near about 16000 people were dead by this incident. As this incident not only cover all the Bhopal but other nearby places to Bhopal.

I was coming from Delhi read here about 1.00 a.m. when I reached with my children in Bhopal station I started to feel eye irritation and breathing problem.my wife and children also started to feel the Same, I was not aware what is going on.ee took  auto and we want to home but all the health problem was continue, later we came to know there is gas leak from the union carbide factory. then we all decided to leave the Bhopal. we only came back when the announcement made related to safety of the Bhopal.

я┐╝

The leak

Leak of the gas was observed by the employee of the union carbide factory at 11.25 pm but there were ignorance from the staff which led to  major gas Leak.meanwhil they went on tea break and later when they started work it was too late. The damage was too high in the tank to repair it. Timely alarm was not rung. And the administrative authority was not immediately informed.

Nearby 2 a.m. gas was leaking with very high pressure And it was blowing towards south east direction from the north west direction of BhopalAbout 30 tonnes of MIC escaped from the tank into the atmosphere in 45 to 60 minutes. This would increase to 40 tonnes within two hours time. The  methyl isocyanide MIC gas is heavy then Air so it was close to the earth and people with short height and children were mostly affected. The initial effects of exposure were coughing, severe eye irritation and a feeling of suffocation, burning in the respiratory tract, blepharospasm, breathlessness, stomach pains and vomiting.

The health care system immediately became overloaded. In the severely affected areas, nearly 70 percent were under-qualified doctors. Medical staff were unprepared for the thousands of casualties. Doctors and hospitals were not aware of proper treatment methods for MIC gas inhalation.

This incident led to  immediate effect and long term health effects

Long term effects are:

1 Eyes: Chronic conjunctivitis, scars on cornea, corneal opacities, early cataracts

2 Respiratory tracts: Obstructive and/or restrictive disease, pulmonary fibrosis, aggravation of TB and chronic bronchitis

3 Neurological system: Impairment of memory, finer motor skills, numbness etc.

4 Psychological problems: Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

5 Children's health: Peri- and neonatal death rates increased. Failure to grow, intellectual impairment, etc.

Apart from that, female reproduction, chromosomal aberrations, cancer, immune deficiency, neurological sequelae, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)  recorded years later.and children born after the disaster Late cases that might never be highlighted are respiratory insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency (cor pulmonale), cancer and tuberculosis. Bhopal now has high rates of birth defects and records a miscarriage rate 7x higher than the national average.

Before that in union carbide Corporation gas leak reported and up to this incident  there had been more than 10 incident reported off gas leak in which death of worker and injuries took place but  nobody taken it seriously, even administrative authority had not any concern with it if they had been taken serious notice this incident could have been  avoided. It should be mandatory to deploy at least one government official as safety auditor in any factory throughout India. To avoid such kind of the incidents.

Job Search Skills

Searching for a job requires Skills. Students who are pursuing professional courses will definitely understand the happiness of getting placed in firms, while they are in their final year in college. Once placed they are going to enjoy the remaining days of the college stress-free. But getting placed or searching for a job can be intimidating for many. Many don't understand how to start, where to start and how to prepare for it. Unfortunately many focus on passing the examination and getting good grades, but just getting good marks is simply not enough.

Before starting the hunt for a job, one needs to maximize the inherent advantages and minimize any constraint. A student will have two possible scenario:
  1. You had an internship, and you have a full time offer.

  1. You had an internship, and you have not received a full time offer.

Scenario 1: The happiest moment of your life, when you know, you have a source of income. You are independent, you will earn for yourself and become responsible. But relaxing is not enough. Enjoy the moments but you need to keep doing your part to have a promising career. Two conditions might be observed, either you accept the offer or you decline it.

If you accept -

  • Ensure the paperwork of your hiring is done properly.

  • Ensure to understand the details necessary to begin working full time.

  • Learn more about the company.

  • Learn more about the function you are going to do.

  • Focus on increasing networks.

  • JoinLinkedIn

  • Get to know about Entry Level training.

If you decline - This might happen if you find your skills don't match the job's skills. Under such circumstances:

  • Start searching for a full time job, you can open an account in Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, monster.com.

  • Find Company and industry you are most interested in.

Scenario 2: Now this is a problem. You don't have a job. You were rejected in placement rounds. The question is why you didn't get the job? Perhaps you don't have skills for that particular job. Problem well stated is a problem half solved. If you could state that you were rejected because you lack certain skills, then you would be able to work on it. Many don't know what talents and skills they possess, hence it becomes crucial to rate your own skills. To have an understanding of your skills, you can go through the Self Assessment Test (Download the sheet) and make a study of your skills. Check what are your plus points, work on your negative points.

(Click on the link, and download the Self Assessment Test Worksheet)

Now based on the ratings of your skills, find jobs. Conduct an off campus job search if necessary. Also prepare yourself for the big day, the day when you actually get an interview call.

  • Prepare an impressive Self Introduction which must revolve around your skills. Speak positively about the skills. Advertise your own talents, traits and experience.

  • Rehearse your Self Introduction, and Answers of the Questions which you feel are basic and could be asked.

  • Prepare your own Resume. Highlight your skills in the Resume and update it regularly.

  • Research about the company and the position. This would help you to relate your skills with the requirements.

  • Talk to your friends regarding any new opportunities.

Again, Searching for a Job is a Skill in itself. Work hard and keep assessing yourself. All the best for your future endeavours...

Tears of Constitution

Tears Of The Constitution

Today we are celebrating 70th constitutional day  on this day we have adopted our constitution which was created by the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar. all the constitution in the world had been studied to make our constitution and To make our constitution a living constitution,to make our constitution a leading constitution of the world, so that this constitution could satisfy the need of every class, every religion, every citizen of our country. So that it could  satisfy all the progressive need of the future Nation. with this constitution he has a dream to make India one of the greatest country on this earth.

Making of the Constitution is not overnight story it took years and years To  come on this form. Its story starts from War of the Plassey 1757 and then War of the Buxar 1764 when India came in the control of the Britishers. After having control on India to relate it They brought regulating act 1773 under which day introduced Governor system of Administration introduced Supreme Court at Calcutta letter act of settlement 1781, Pitt's India Act 1784, charter act 1793, charter act 1813, charter act 1833, charter act 1853,  Government of India Act 1858, Indian Council act 1861, act of 1873, Indian Council act 1892 Indian Council act 1909, Government of India Act 1919, Government of India Act 1935, Indian Independence Act 1947.

Constitution assembly of India 1946

It had 7 number of the constitutional committees of which the drafting committee was very important they have given responsibility to make a draft of the constitution and Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar was made chairman of this committee.

Constitution committee started working on 13th December 1946 after the the letter of object by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Since then they work tirelessly for 2 years 11 months and 18 days to make final draught of the constitution which was passed on 26 November 1949. they made a massive constitution with 395 article it schedule and 12 parts no more than 450 article driver schedule and 22 parts. Our constitution is the biggest written democratic ,republic  sovarian, secular constitution of the world. It adopted some principles like parliamentary form of government, federal system, balance between parliamentary sovereignty and judicial supremacy, unified and independent judiciary, fundamental right for its season, that rupees prepared policies, fundamental duties secular state adults suffrage, single citizenship independent bodies like election commission, upsc psc, emergency provisions, three tire form of government etc.

The makers of the constitution and constitution itself had view of progressive dream for the india. They had a dream equal political  economical, social, judicial rights for all the citizen of the nation, and fulfill the needs of the people of the nation like food, education, employment, security and safety, good health, good atmosphere to leave in , equality among all the classes of the society, opportunity to everyone , right to faith, But even after 70 years we could only be 2.6 million dollar economy.

And today what we see

1.Uncontrollable population
2.A poor and  weak economy
3. unemployment
4.poor education
5.No food
6.No place to live in
7.Centralisation of wealth
8.Curruption
9.No employment
10.No social security
11. no freedom of expression
12.We could not develop scientific temper

And Many more

I wanted to write something very positive about India and its mother " the constitution of India " but unfortunately I don't see that much positive effect of this constitution or in other words the Government of our nation had been not that much effective, strong to lay on the constitutional norms and principles. Whatever is happening or government or government parties are doing is for the power only. Nobody not a single institution is taking responsibility of anything.

The political parties which have no value , witch have no faith on the constitution, which have no patriotism. they  all have fake values to show but not to perform. When they come true power they only make path for next election. The constitution clearly made it clear through directive principles of state policy  in which direction for how government should work, is given. unfortunately no government care about it. If we cannot walk on high values of the constitution makers and constitution, how could we achieve high goal for our nation which is setup by the constitution maker and by the constitution itself.

"Oh Stree Kal AANA"

In a country where people in villages disown Girl child and shout out loud "Oh Stree Mat AANA" (here a change in Kal for a Different literal meaning) , a Dutch multinational firm named Dutch State Mines (DSM), functional for nutritional awareness, has started a campaign for the well being of Women in India. DSM launched "Project Streedhan" on Dhanteras, urging all women to invest in Iron rather than on Gold, saying "Loha Chakh Le" to all women to beat Anemia.

According to a survey, 50% of women in India are fighting with the deficiency of Iron, making them anaemic. To make women aware about it, an advert was created by advertising agency FCB ulka, in which women in traditional attire were consuming Iron rich fruits and vegetables.

A note "To all women" - Let us understand, A woman, a girl, spent 1.6 mg of Iron on a monthly basis. Possibility of "Loss" can be experienced if a certain investment is not done, which might lead to a "Recession" of Iron in blood. A fixed amount of EMI ( Equated Monthly "Iron") by consuming Iron rich food, if invested in body will reduce the bodily risk of Anemia.

Buying "Commodities" rich in iron (Spinach, Pomegranate, Banana Flowers etc), consuming it will increase "Health Liquidity" (iron converting into Haemoglobin). This will also certainly increase your Iron content in blood, making you look more magnetic (Knowing the affinity of Iron for Magnet,ЁЯШЙ, jokes apart, it will bring glow on your skin). Also learn how to trade Iron with your female friends and promote Iron consuming by offering your Iron stocks with them while sharing your lunch or dinner. Trading your stocks with your friends will help increase awareness among the female circle.

A remarkable initiative by a Dutch Company for women in India, a commendable awareness scheme to credit Iron in "Blood Bank" of a Woman's Body. Go invest in Iron, it is a profit highly recommended.

*Investments in Iron is NOT subjected to any health risk, please do not waste your time reading terms and conditions and start eating Iron rich foods immediately as you understand*.

Jawaharlal University JNU home of protesters

JNU protest

It has been more than one week and still JNU students are protesting continuously for the demand of roll back of the fees which is increased by the JNU administration. The protests which started from the campus of the college, has now spread to the road of the Delhi lutiyans . Yesterday, a disabled blind person, Panday was taking part in peaceful protest he alleged that the some of the Delhi Police personnel manhandled him separately and was beaten for taking part in protest. Which has become an issue for Delhi Police after the Delhi police and Delhi advocate conflict. On the other hand police has lodged an FIR against many of the JNU protesting students.
