हम गणतंत्र दिवस क्यों मनाते हैं

आज हम भारत का 71 वां गणतंत्र दिवस मना रहे हैं गणतंत्र दिवस मुख्य रूप से भारत के संविधान का निर्माण एवं उसे लागू करने का त्यौहार है। आज के दिन ही 26 जनवरी 1950 को हमने अपने संविधान का निर्माण करने के बाद स्वयं को एवं सभी देशवासियों को इस संविधान को समर्पित किया था अर्थात आज से ही संपूर्ण भारतवर्ष में भारत का संविधान लागू हुआ था। तब से ही हर 26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस एक राष्ट्रीय पर्व के रूप में मनाया जाता है। गणतंत्र दिवस में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में किसी राष्ट्र प्रमुख हो बुलाने की परंपरा रही है इस बार ब्राजील के राष्ट्रपति जेयर बोल्सोनारो हमारे गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के प्रमुख मेहमान है।

गणतंत्र दिवस सिर्फ एक त्यौहार नहीं है बल्कि यह संविधान के सभी मूल्यों के प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धा प्रस्तुत करने का दिन है। यह दिन है संविधान के सभी मानकों का संवैधानिक नियम के अनुरूप ही संपूर्ण देश में पालन हो इसे सुनिश्चित करने का। यह दिन है संपूर्ण देश को एकता के एक धागे में पिरोने का।

गणतंत्र काा शाब्दिक अर्थ होताा है एक ऐसा राष्ट्र जिसमें राष्ट्रपति या देश का सर्वोच्च नेता जनता के द्वारा चुना जाता है जैसे भारत में सबसे सर्वोच्च पद राष्ट्रपतिि का का होता है जो अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जनता के द्वारा चुना जाता है जबकि ब्रिटेन मैं वहांं का सर्वोच्च पद ब्रिटेन की महारानी या महाराज कााा होता  हैं जोकि वंश  के आधार पर निश्चित कििया हुआ है । इसलिए ब्रिटेन एक लोकतंत्रर तो है लेकिन गणतंत्र नहींं है।

ब्यावरा की घटना का दोषी कौन, समझे धारा 144 को

दिनांक 19 जनवरी 2020को बीजेपी के समर्थन से राजगढ़ के ब्यावरा तहसील में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा पारित नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम CAA के समर्थन में एक शांतिपूर्ण झंडा रैली का आयोजन किया जाना था जिसके लिए काफी दिनों पहले ही प्रशासन के सम्मुख अनुमति हेतु आवेदन दिया जा चुका था। सब कुछ सही था लेकिन अंततः दिनांक 18 जनवरी 2020कि शाम को राजगढ़ कलेक्टर सुश्री निधि निवेदिता के द्वारा ब्यावरा समेत संपूर्ण जिले में धारा 144 लगा दी गई। बावजूद इसके 19 जनवरी के दिन कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा शांतिपूर्ण रूप से तिरंगा झंडा रैली का आयोजन करना सुनिश्चित किया गया। संपूर्ण ब्यावरा तहसील में लगभग 600 पुलिसकर्मी तैनात कर दिए गए ताकि किसी प्रकार की हिंसा को होने से पहले ही रोका जा सके।

दिन के लगभग 11:30 बजे लोग इकट्ठे होने लगे ब्यावरा के अंदर आने वाले सभी रास्तों को बंद कर दिया गया था ताकि धारा 144 के चलते लोगों को बड़ी संख्या में इकट्ठा होने से रोका जा सके। आखिरकार प्रदर्शन के दौरान प्रशासन के अधिकारियों एवं प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच झड़प हो ही गई। जिसमें जिला कलेक्टर एवं डिप्टी कलेक्टर के द्वारा प्रदर्शनकारियों को थप्पड़ मारने एवं झंडे छीनने की वजह से लोग और भड़क गए।

शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन करना इस देश के हर नागरिक को भारतीय संविधान के आर्टिकल 19 के द्वारा प्रदत्त मौलिक अधिकार है। जब तक अति आवश्यक गांव से छीना नहीं जा सकता।

वही सीआरपीसी की धारा 144 यह प्रावधान करती है जहां कलेक्टर या कार्यपालिका अधिकारी को यह प्रतीत होता है कि लोक व्यवस्था एवं लोग शांति को खतरा है तो इन परिस्थितियों में धारा 144 के आदेश जारी किए जा सकते हैं। एवं लोगों को किसी खास प्रकार की गतिविधि से अलग रहने के लिए निर्देश किए जा सकते हैं।

यहां भी इस झंडा रैली को रोकने के प्रयास से धारा 144 लागू की गई थी लेकिन प्रश्न यह उठता है क्या वास्तव में इतनी गंभीर स्थिति थी कि धारा 144 लागू की जाए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा कई निर्णय में यह कहा गया है कि धारा 144 का प्रयोग सिर्फ गंभीर एवं विशेष परिस्थितियों में ही किया जाना चाहिए या किसी खतरे की स्थिति को रोकने के लिए ही इसका प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए

धारा 144 का प्रयोग विधिक विचार की अभिव्यक्ति को शांतिपूर्ण आयोजन को रोकने के उद्देश्य से नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

धारा 144 का प्रयोग बहुत ही सोच समझकर किया जाना चाहिए जिससे कि लोगों के अधिकारों को अनावश्यक रूप से दबाया ना जा सके

जब धारा 144 लगाई जाती है तो मजिस्ट्रेट का यह कर्तव्य होता है कि वह लोगों के अधिकारों और उस पर प्रतिबंध के बीच उचित सामंजस्य स्थापित करें उसके हिसाब से अग्रिम प्रतिबंधात्मक कार्रवाई करें। 

 बार-बार धारा 144 लगाना प्रदत्त शक्तियों का दुरुपयोग माना जाएगा।

धारा 144 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में या हाई कोर्ट में कभी भी चुनौती दी जा सकती है साथ ही धारा 144 के भी परिस्थितियों में एक बार में 2 महीने से ज्यादा समय के लिए नहीं लगाई जा सकती

ब्यावरा के घटनाक्रम में ऐसी कोई परिस्थिति नहीं थी की धारा 144 लगाई जाए प्रशासन से अनुमति प्राप्त करके तिरंगे झंडे के तले एक शांतिपूर्ण मार्च प्रस्तावित था ऐसे में धारा 144 को लगाने का कोई औचित्य नहीं था।

who killed 176 passengers of Ukrainian flight

On Wednesday 8 January 2020 Boeing 737 800 took off from Iran International airport to Kiev. That aeroplane had 176 on board member including crew.soon after the take off , it was shot down by missile released by the Iranian air defence system near about 6 a.m . And 17 away from the tirana International airport.

All this pitamah started when mejor general  of Iran ,quasim sulemani was killed by USA on third of the Jan 2020 Buy drone strike in Iraq Baghdad. In the revenge, Iran has done several air strike on the diplomatic centres of the USA in Iran and in Iraq. Since then for the safety purpose the air defence system of the Iran was activated. And when this Ukrainian flight was took off the air defence system of the Iran detected the sharp turning of  the plane and automatically it released two Tor missile which is is developed by the Russia. This attack was done under The servilance of Islamic revolutionary Gourd cops IRGC -army of Iran.

The most important question is who killed all those 176 innocent people?

All this happened only due to vision less action of the USA President Donald Trump. Who is unnecessarly  trying to make a fake unsafe condition for the USA and for the people of the USA. He has nothing to do with the matters of the middle East countries then why he is involving in the  matter of the middle East countries. All International leader must have to find any diplomatic solution for any problem. If major general qasim sulemani of Iran was any kind of the threat to the USA they must have raised this issue internationally. They must have raised this issue with Iran instead of killing him. So the very first accused of the killing of these 176 innocent people is USA or Donald Trump.

we have to keep ourselves very safe from such kind of the repeated actions because earlier in 2014 a plain of Malaysian airline was shot by Russia which was taken off from Malaysia.

Vision less leadership cannot be accepted by any human in the earth. All these vision less people are making this world a hell. If today there is thread to the common people the only reason is the individual greet of the leaders and countries. All these leaders have to think for the development of the world, happy thing about the common issues of the world and to fix them instead of doing such kind of the in humanitarian  activities.

Happy New Year -Why do we celebrate New Year

 

It is believed that when our earth complete one revolution of sun which is head of our solar system then and one year is completed. Or in other words our earth takes one year which is  equivalent to 365 days  and six hours of our earth 🌍. . Our year starts from 1st January and end on 31st December. Mean while because it's base on the rotation of our earth it could be started from any where. But we starts it from January  because there is everything new.  we see  in our environment there are many beautiful creative things like new leaves on plants,  greenery everywhere, moderate temperature, happy pleasant atmosphere, new crop 🌾 in various part of continents. So this is the prime reason to start our new year from January. 

The Calendar 

This new year  is based on the gregarious calendar. there are many other calendar like muslim calendar, hindu calendar, calender which is based on shuk samwat is Hindu Calender. There are calendar based on sun and other calendar best on moon 🌚.  Calendar which is based on earth rotation around the sun is called the solar calendar. On the other hand calendar best on the moons rotation round the earth's called the lunar calendar.

Mayan Calender 

This is considered as oldest calendar. It was established around 5th century bc.

Chinese Calender 

This calendar have 12years of cycle each related to specific animal with 12 months in each year and an intercalary month every two to three   years. It's new year falls in February.  It will be 4717th year of the chinese calendar.

Egyptian 

It is based on moon cycle letter they adopted solar calendar of 365 days

Hijrah Islamic calender 

It is based on mood rotation with 12 months each month with 29 or 30 days. It is counted from the hijra when Prophet mohammed emigrated from Mecca madina which is from July 16, 622  AD. 

Persian or Iranian calendar

This is the most accurate calendar today because it is based on astronomical calculation. New year starts in spring equinox switch will be in March. 

Hebrew calendar 

2020 would be 5780 Jewish Year. This is the solilunar calendar. 

Indian or Hindu Calender 

It starts with baisakhi, harvest season falling in April mostly. It is based on lunar rotation. There are 12 lunar month and in every month there are 29 to 30 days. Indian calendar is called shak samwat which will be 1942 year in this new year. There is also Vikram samwat which will be 2077 in 2020.

Gregorian Calendar

It is solar calendar which is based on rotation of earth around the sun. It was introduced by Pope Gregory xiii in 1582 February. No it is most widely used calendar in the world.

So understanding the calendar we could easily understand week celebration of new year is done because of the rotation revolution of Earth around the sun. And this rotation gets repeated every year hence we celebrate happy new year every year.

Why Christmas 🎄 celebrated on 25 December

25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस जीसस क्रिस्ट की जन्मतिथि के उपलक्ष में पूरी दुनिया भर में मनाया जाता है जीसस क्रिस्ट को ईश्वर का बेटा  ऐसा माना जाता है। क्रिसमस शब्द christ-mass से आया है। एक बहुत बड़े स्तर पर लोगों का इकट्ठा होना और एक साथ इस भावना को प्रोत्साहित करना कि भगवान यीशु ने हमारे लिए अपना संपूर्ण जीवन दे दिया और अंत में जीवन का बलिदान भी कर दिया। इसी भावना के साथ हर वर्ष 25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस संपूर्ण दुनिया में मनाया जाता है। मुख्य कारण यह है कि 25 दिसंबर के दिन प्रभु यीशु ने इस धरती पर जन्म लिया था और जन्म लेने के बाद मानवता के लिए उन्होंने बहुत ही महान कार्य किए। हर मनुष्य उन्हीं के दिखाए रास्ते पर चले आपस में प्रेम हो और भाईचारा हो यही इस त्यौहार का प्रमुख मकसद है।

क्रिसमस अब सिर्फ ईसा मसीह को मानने वालों तक नहीं है बल्कि धर्म से उठकर समाज से उठकर क्षेत्र से उठकर हर व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रेम के त्यौहार के रूप में आपसी भाईचारे के त्यौहार के रूप में यह संपूर्ण विश्व में मनाया जाता है। बच्चों में इस त्योहार का तो बहुत ही उत्साह होता है। इस त्यौहार में उपहारों के देने और लेने का खूब प्रचलन है जिससे लोगों में आपसी सहयोग आपसी समझ आपस में अच्छे रिश्तो का निर्माण होता है।

कहीं भी बाइबिल में या किसी अन्य प्रकार की पुस्तक में यह नहीं लिखा है कि यीशु मसीह का जन्म 25 दिसंबर को हुआ था, क्योंकि सबसे पहले 25 दिसंबर 336AD को रोम के राजा जो पहला क्रिश्चियन  का राजा था, के द्वारा मनाया गया था तब से ही 25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस मनाने की परंपरा की शुरुआत हुई। संपूर्ण विश्व भर में अलग-अलग प्रकार के रीति-रिवाजों के साथ क्रिसमस को मनाया जाता है।

जीसस एक Juse यहुदी धर्म के परिवार से थे, लेकिन मानवता के लिए उन्होंने जो महान कार्य किए और अंत में अपने ईश्वर के प्रति विश्वास और जनमानस के प्रति प्रेम के चलते उन्होंने जीवन बलिदान कर दिया। दुनिया ने उनकी इसी भावना के चलते उन्हें ईश्वर माना और उनके इन्हीं विचारों के कारण एक नया धर्म क्रिश्चियन का जन्म हुआ। जो आज संपूर्ण दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा माना जाने वाला धर्म है।

What is CAB and CAA and NRC, why there is protest against it throughout the nation.

NRC stand for National Register for Citizen

The citizenship Amendment Bill was firstly  introduced in Parliament in the year of 2016 .later it was sent to  parliamentary committee for consideration , again in 2019 it was produced before the the Lok Sabha and it was passed in Loksabha on 9th December 2019 and in Rajya Sabha it was passed on 11th December 2019 when the former Ally of of BJP, Shivsena walked out of  the house. And that bill signed by the president on 12th of  the December 2019, since then this bill became act and  there is no more CAB now it is CAA. 

What is in CAA-
 this is the act which provide amendment in the mother act Citizenship Act 1955 as per the amendment now the the minorities including Hindu, sikh, christian ,jain and parsi who came in india before 31st October 2014 from pakistan ,bangladesh and afghanistan they all become citizen of the india. This act has yet to come in force .from the date published on the Gazette on India. 

Hindustan which is and always has been natural and geographical place for living for Hindus. All the Hindu culture from thousands of the Year developed in this subcontinent ,so show automatically  it become the natural home of every Hindu of the world. If any Hindu from any part of the world deserted or thrown out of any country he have no any other shelter  but India only ,as being a Hindu. Because of any person who is Hindu he don't have any option to live  in the world due to any  religious persecution .not any other country would allow  him to be citizen exept India. so making such religious persecuted indian citizen of India  would be a reasonable classification as it had done earlier in the case of Congo and Sri Lanka. From these country  thousands of the Hindus were given citizenship in the past.

On the other hand Muslim in Afghanistan Bangladesh and Pakistan are majority so  there would not be any kind of the religious persecution with all these major communities.

At present there are some detention centres in Assam ,Goa ,Karnataka and Maharashtra. there are thousands of the Hindus and minorities living in with out any citizenship, Without any fundamental right. They are living life  like an animal. it is our responsibility to protect  them and to give them respectful life becouse india also bound to different international laws to do so .

What is an NRC -
National Register for Citizen. ,Creation of this was mandated by the citizenship Amendment Act 2003. During the UPA governments' time this concept came along with aadhar  and it was introduced mainly for the states who share border with any other country,basically with bangladesh. First of all it was introduced in Assam in 2013-14. Illegal migration always has been an issue  in Assam. And from 2013 the NRC was monitored by Supreme Court. It has been demand of the assamese people to send back all the illegal migrants who came in india from bangladesh during 1971 war. To identify these people in assam who are not citizens of india, hence NRC introduced in Assam.

Central government may compulsory register every citizen of India and issue him National identity card for his identification

Set a governance to maintain National register for Indian citizen

Registrar general of India shell act as national registration authority and function as registar General of citizen registration

Sec 4 as per the Section 4 of citizenship act Centre Government shell cary house to house enumeration for collection of specified particulars related to each family and individual for citizenship status.

And  whose citizenship is Doubtful shall be entered in local register with appropriate remark

All the process of  NRC is given in the rules of 2003.

It is clear that nrc is only for to identify illegal migrants or illegal foreign people who are not authorized to live in India but they are residing over here and using our common resource. It is true that it will  only identify the people who are not Indians. it is not related to any religion nor any people of any particular place.

Now in 2018  NRC has been completed in assam and there are near about 19 lakh people who could not proof their citizenship out of which 14 lacs are Hindus or non muslim minorities. Now as per the citizenship amendment act CAA the  all these minorities people will become citizen  of india excluding the remaining 5 lacks muslim.

Resonance to protest -

Protest from assamese people-
the people of assam don't want these 1500000 people to be the citizen because they believe there are limited resources and on which they have rights from generation and they will not share this resources with these out coming people ,that's why there is protest. Some are protesting because the citizenship is not given to muslims hence it is against the secular structure of the constitution.

There is not any nationwide NRC. because  lack of the knowledge many people are saying that by the NRC  and CAA  muslim who are the citizen a of the nation will be declared non citizen. Which is totally fake.

The fact is that the CAA only talk about  giving citizenship to the people who have suffered religious persecution in Pakistan, Bangladesh and afganistan. it don't talk about the taking away citizenship  of any person of the nation, so there is no reason to doubt on this CAA and NRC law .

India is home of the diversity culture diversity the natural diversity ,diversity of religion ,diversity of sect,  and this diversity is protected by the constitution of india. Which is supreme legislature of the nation. Secularism is the primary  characteristics and of our constitution. and which guaranteed by the our judiciary. Judiciary is capable enough to protect the fundamental ,basic principle of the constitution and to protect the fundamental right of the every citizen of the nation. With our judiciary the secularism is always protected. So nobody have to worry about that someone is trying to make india  a hindu nation. It will be always a secular nation. 

We are living here on the land of Hindustan from thousands of the Year together,  we have history of struggle of independence, which we have done together, there could be only one enemy which is terrorism, poverty, unemployment, corruption, high population. We have to show our collective strength against  all these common  enemies.

Police Our Friend

 police is the integral part of our society. It play a very important role to maintain law and order, peace and always try to gives us a crime less society. For above Moto police do work day and night, 24/7. they don't get any rest. Though there is very negative perspective about all the police personals in the society. They are always blamed for social injustice, criminal injustice, blamed for violation of human right,blamed for not doing their duty properly. 

but today there is an example what police really do . what a police personnel is committed for.

Meet Sub Inspector Praveen Thakre the Anand Nagar police chauki incharge. He has been very creative since he Join police force. he always had been motive to serve our society. Temperature is less than 10 degree Celsius. there are marginalized people who are living on the edge. They don't have good livelihood even they don't have sufficient means to take care of their child. Understanding need of child, of these people,  Sub Inspector managed together some people and went To nearest slum where he had knowledge session with most of the children of the slum about current issue related to sexual violence and sexual offences against children. He made understand children about good touch and bad touch. He guided children what to do when any of you had an experience of bad touch. Asking children, the reply  in such Condition they immediately have to object on the action and then  inform their parents and police as well.

Later having this knowledge session the sub inspector and his team distributed warm clothes to all the children's. And motivated them to plant at least two trees also  keep our environment clean and green which is good for our self and our society.

This was a extra effort of police personnel. No doubt this effort will bring very positive change in the mind of our people of society who see police as a Predator. Now they will understand they are your real and  true care taker.
