The above mentioned sentence which I am not only listening but learning since my childhood. This was the time when I started to learn what is India, what is integrity of the nation, what is equality, what is togetherness, what is unity and what is true success of the nation.

Song shown  in the link you can see both old one and new song which will show you time has passed. Nearly after 3 decade most of the caesars of the song are new. There is new music the time spam went to 10 minute from earlier 7 minutes. The video qualities is better.. in this video you will see almost all the,  language, religion, attire, musical diversity and much more diversity of our great indian society. you can see stages of Indian development, you can see many faces who are behind the development nation. 

Today india is a big country, a country with more than 1.3 billion population, a country with more than 2.6 trillion size of economy, a country which represents one of the biggest consumer market of the world, a  country which is world's future hope for development, for piece of the world, for unity brother hood and multiple colour of the world. 

Today all the world hope from us. But here in india i see people are talking about their religion, differences between the religion, the differences between the cast, differences between their faith, my dear brother we have to remember that we are related to each other because we take our fruits, food, water from this great land of india, Air from the atmosphere of india. We are nourished by the land of the great Bharat, what does it means., yes it's means that we are different individual but our identity is  same, we are having same blood in our vein ,we are integrated to each other, we are dedicated to take this indian flag to the highest grade of development. We have to forget our differences ,it should be only one thing that we all are bhartiy, if nation grows only then we can grow.

In recent  incident here in Bhopal at khatla Pura Ghat near Police Headquarter on the  night of 12 September during the Ganpati Idol immersion aboat capsized and 11 out of 18 boarded member of boat died.

Now the question is who is responsible ?

An FIR under section 304 Indian Penal Code has been registered against the boat operator or the owner of the boat and near about 4 directly and indirectly government officials from administrative department and from police has been suspended so far. AN magistrial enquiry has been ordered the probe is underway. Meanwhile chief minister kamalnath has announced 11 lakh rupees compensation to the families of everyone who died in this incident.

Well these were the steps  to handle the angerness of the people immediately. This is not the first incident of such kind in past there has been number of the incident where many people died due to drowning during immersions of idols.

Question arise why such kind of incident took place?

We will try to understand the reason one by one

1.
here is no standard for operating procedure for the immersion of the idols. This is the main reason because of there is not any procedure. there is not any rule which governs the all the activity of Idol immersion, if there are some set of the rules and everyone is abide by them then it would be easy to control sentiments of the people and regulate them.

2.Work responsibility- there is no proper division of the work that who will perform the security, who will perform the work of Idol immersion, who will perform the work of regulation, who will perform the work of crowd management etc. It is seen that in late night during the emergency all the responsibility is given to police personnel only. If you see there will none other person available but any police personnel only. While it is direct responsibility of the concerned Nagar Palika Nagar Nigam and the administrative incharge which is collector of the district or Deputy Collector of the district or tahsildar or administrative incharge anyone who is deployed for this work. Under that in charge officer there should have a team which cell consists of from life guards to security guard. immersion inspector, 

3.Watch towers- the must have high rise watchtower to monitor the crowded immersion site. If any emergency all incident noticed it should be immediately informed to the concerned person responsible to take the issue

4.No direct public involvement- if any group come with idole for immersion there should be a place where they have to keep their idole also they have to park the vehicle on which idole is brought. And all the big idols height more than 3 feet should be taken by the crane. And i told richa less than 3 feet they should be immersed at any pre decided place with full security and safety. In any small water body or in any artificial plastic tank.

5.At every immersion site  there should have st least two boats with six  life guards. Tilll the immersion is continue.

6.There should have fix time for the immersion of idoles.it should be communicated to all pandaals.

7.Communication - communication of every development should be made from lower one to  top authority who are directly responsible.

I believe keeping all thing mention above in mind during the emergency or the idol there will be safe festival for all of us.
