India needs change

Election 2019
We all know about lok sabha election 2019 of india and it was declared from election commission of india. It will start from 11th of the April and it will finish on 19th of May and result of the or fate of the all political parties of india will be declared on 23rd May. And new prime minister of india should be  sworn in on 3rd of the June 2019.
In last election of 2014, election commission has spent near about 3500 cr. rupees and no doubt this time it is going to cross 5000 cr.rupees.

The question is we are spending so much money on our lok sabha election but really  are we getting result, a government, function ofth a government like we want ?  don't you think election in india has become more and more difficult  and number of the regional political parties arisen with their local issues who have strong influence on the people of that region of that state. so many of the national parties did not get sufficient vote share to form a national government from that area.

Voter of india is living between dilemma of " who is his representative " the person who is, on national level prime minister candidate  or the person who is local area candidate for lok sabha. It is possible voter wants prime minister from a different party and his member  of  parliament from different party for his region . But he have no choice, either  he have to go with prime ministerial candidate or with regional local candidate for member of parliament.

This is the situation with is faced by not only in lok sabha elections but in assembly election. He don't get option to choose his local  representative of his area or he have no choice to choose prime minister or chief minister. He have to go with any one.

If someone wants narendra modi as prime minister of india but he wants a congress leader as his member of parliament, then by this system he would not the able to choose right candidate. This system of election did not give actual right of selection of a local representative and national leader or  state leader.
This form of election needs a change.

now there shall have separate election for head of the government ( prime minister or chief minister ) and separate election for member of parliament or member of legislative assembly.

We know it is not possible in this election but it may be possible in future election its our choice to home we want to make our  prime minister of the nation. And and to whome we want to make our chief minister of we'll be my local representative of my legislature. This process need a very huge constitution amendment and i don't think any political party oppose it. Because they will also get benefit from there local area and also they would be able to make nomination of the candidate for prime minister or  chief minister directly. And people will see it will be very easy to choose there local representative and  their national leader and state leader.
